Cancellation Policy

There are NO refunds on unused, cancelled or forfeited lessons. STUDIO NAR LESSON CANCELLATION POLICY: As of 1-21-2023 IF STUDENT CANCELS: (not applicable to Pay as You Go students) Cancellation of a lesson must be made AT LEAST 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time in order to receive a make-up lesson (for definition of a make-up lesson, please see below). This includes leaving messages on the answering machine, text or email. For In Studio or Online Lessons: If a student must cancel a lesson, it is the responsibility of the student to schedule a makeup. The student has the option of scheduling for another day or if the teacher is able to, add on time to their weekly lesson for 30-minute lessons only. For 45-minute and 60-minute lessons, the student will need to reschedule for a different day. No-shows or failure to notify the teacher 24 hours prior to your scheduled lesson time is considered a forfeited lesson. If you know of any dates ahead of time where you/your child cannot make a lesson, please notify us when booking/paying for your lessons. There are NO refunds on unused or canceled lessons. Should you choose to take a break, unused lessons can be banked for a period of 3 months. Unused lessons after that time will be considered forfeited. Credits CANNOT be transferred from teacher to teacher, student to student or week to week. Should you decide to stop taking lessons altogether, please give your teacher at least 2 lessons notice. PAY AS YOU GO STUDENTS: Once a lesson has been scheduled, the lesson cannot be rescheduled. In the event the student has to cancel, the lesson will be considered forfeited. There are no refunds.
