Cancellation Policy

🎵 STUDIO NAR LESSON CANCELLATION POLICY Effective: December 30, 2024 IF STUDENT CANCELS (NOT for Pay As You Go Students): • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a make-up lesson. This includes phone, text, or email notification. • Student is responsible for rescheduling make-up lessons. • 30-minute lessons: Time may be added to future lessons if teacher agrees. • 45- or 60-minute lessons: Must be rescheduled for another day. • No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited. • No refunds for missed/canceled lessons. • Banking of unused lessons: Allowed for up to 3 months (after that, forfeited). • Credits are non-transferable (teacher-to-teacher, student-to-student, or week-to-week). • If discontinuing lessons, please provide 2 lessons’ notice. ⸻ PAY AS YOU GO STUDENTS: • No reschedules once booked. • Cancellations = forfeited lesson. • No refunds. ⸻ WHEN YOUR TEACHER CANCELS: • Teacher will reschedule at a mutually convenient time. • If rescheduling is not possible, payment is pushed forward to the next lesson. ⸻ MAKE-UP LESSONS (NOT for Pay As You Go Students): • Only available if canceled 24+ hours in advance. • Cannot be rescheduled once set. If missed, it’s forfeited. • Typically scheduled within the same week or added to an existing lesson (for 30-min lessons). • Must be scheduled and completed within 3 months. • Student must still be actively enrolled. • Student is responsible for booking with their teacher. ⸻ RESCHEDULE REQUESTS (4 or 12-week packages only): • Can be made less than 24 hours but at least 1 hour before the lesson. • Lesson must be completed before the next scheduled one. • Subject to teacher availability.
